However, they do offer a way to earn free coins or free gems thru what they call an "offerwall", DON'T DO IT! They state your reward is "usually sent within an hour"- LIES! 12 coin tasks FULLY completed- 3 rewarded, 9 NOT! 9 gem tasks FULLY completed- 2 rewarded, 7 NOT! Submitted to "CUSTOMER SUPPORT" for two weeks with provided proof. I STILL HAVE GOTTEN NO RESPONSE!

  • mechanics are fine, but unskippable ads, asks for location to tailor ads for you, had played the game for less than a minute before the first microtransaction came up. come on guys, this could be an enjoyable game where you make plenty of ad revenue, but you gotta get players hooked first. in under 2 minutes, had been shown ads, micro transactions and had already been pushed away from the purpose of the game... pushing coins. stay clear of this until they allow more than a few minutes of play

  • I enjoy playing this game, but I keep having issues with the game not loading. I have had to delete and reinstall 4 timesnin the past two weeks or so. I complete offers for both gems and coins and all of a sudden the game will not load and I have to do it all over again . I'm just about over playing this game even though the game is is fun its definitely not worth going through all of the trouble.

  • Puzzle collection issue. After playing this game for over a year, I collected most of the puzzle pieces. But I keep getting the unicorn float. The game doesn't acknowledge that I collected it. I collected it 4 times already.

  • Basing star on what I'm dealing with. A puzzle piece dropped but didn't register. I then spent 12 gems on the same one, dropped down the middle... didn't register. Now, I'm not sure if they care. You can send feedback, but there is no help to fix these issues. I'm out 12 gems and have a broken game. One star and, after years, I will delete this game if I remain scammed out of gems with zero help from this company.

  • Worst game ever developed. Too many things pop up on your screen out of nowhere. Too many ads. Have to watch ads willingly or spend money in order to progress in the game. It's the most annoying game I've ever played in my entire life. If it were not on an offer wall for Just Play, I would never ever everrr play this pestilence.
